The Pell City Parks and Recreation Department offers a wide variety of meeting rooms at an affordable price for your event enjoyment.
The Gymnasium will accommodate a maximum of 300 people for banquets, pageants, etc. The rental fee is $300.00 with a cleaning deposit of $100.00. Approximately 60 x 100 feet with a stage.
Banquet Room I holds 150 people. The rental fee is $150.00 with a $50.00 cleaning deposit. Approximately 40 x 55 feet.
Banquet Room II holds 200 people for a banquet. The rental fee is $200.00 with a $50.00 cleaning deposit. Approximately 70 x 40 feet.
The Arts and Crafts Room will accomodate 30-35 people for birthday parties, etc. The rental fee is $25.00.
Conference Room I has a conference table that will seat 12 people. This room can hold approximately 25 - 30 people. The rental fee is $25.00.
Conference Room II accomodates approximately 45 people maximum for birthday parties, etc. The rental fee is $25.00. Approximately 20 x32 feet.
The Recreation Hall is located approximately (2) miles from the Civic Center. This facility will accomodate approximately 100 people for meetings, receptions, etc. The rental fee is $100.00 with a cleaning deposit of $50.00.
